Return & Refund Policy

At TherapyTees, every item is made especially for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we follow a return policy that reflects this production model while ensuring fairness and transparency.

Print-on-Demand Policy

All TherapyTees products are created only after an order is placed. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Review product descriptions carefully

  • Refer to the size chart before ordering

  • Contact us with questions prior to purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you receive an item that is damaged, misprinted, or materially different from what you ordered, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 7 days of delivery

  • Clear photos showing the problem must be provided

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, depending on the situation

Lost Packages

If an order is confirmed as lost in transit:

  • We will offer a replacement or refund

  • Please allow sufficient time for delivery before reporting (especially for international orders)

Incorrect Address / Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

  • Failure to claim the package from the carrier

The customer will be responsible for:

  • Reshipping costs, or

  • A partial refund (product cost only, shipping excluded)

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
