At TherapyTees, each item is made especially for you. This allows us to reduce waste and create thoughtfully produced apparel, but it also means shipping timelines differ slightly from traditional retail.

Order Processing Time

All products are made to order.

  • Processing time: 1–5 business days

  • This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays

Once production begins, orders cannot be modified or canceled.

Shipping Time Estimates

After production, orders are shipped using trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 2–5 business days

  • International: 3–10 business days (varies by destination)

Please note these are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

  • Rates vary based on destination, order size, and shipping method

  • Any applicable taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear

If you do not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

TherapyTees is not responsible for:

  • Delays or loss due to incorrect addresses

  • Orders returned to sender due to delivery failure

Reshipping may require an additional fee.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders:

  • Customs processing times vary by country

  • Import duties or taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility

We cannot control or predict customs delays.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where applicable.
